This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Ask Deepak Tiwari, including Local SEO, Full Monthly SEO, and AI SEO services. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Refund Policy
Once a service has been started (i.e., onboarding, audit, or optimization work has begun on your website, Google Business Profile, or related assets), no refund will be issued for that billing cycle or package, whether the service is ongoing or completed.
SEO involves real time, tools, and effort invested from the moment work begins — including research, audits, on-page changes, content, link building, and reporting — which is why payments become non-refundable once a project or monthly cycle is initiated.
2. Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
- SEO work (research, audits, on-page/off-page changes, content, reporting) begins almost immediately after payment.
- SEO results depend on many external factors (search engine algorithms, competition, website history) which are outside our full control, so refunds tied to “results” are not offered.
- Tools, resources, and man-hours are committed to your project as soon as it starts.
3. Cancellations
For monthly SEO services, you may cancel future billing cycles anytime by giving written notice (email/WhatsApp) before your next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or past billing cycle.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment was charged in error, charged twice, or a technical issue caused an incorrect deduction, please contact us within 7 days with proof of payment. Such cases will be reviewed and corrected/refunded if verified as a genuine payment/technical error — this is separate from a service-related refund.
5. Non-Delivery of Service
If, after payment, we are unable to start or deliver the agreed SEO service due to reasons entirely on our end, you may be eligible for a refund of the unused/undelivered portion, at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
